• Health and Genetic Data (sensitive data): weight, measurements, sleep and activity data, laboratory results, DNA/genetic data, voluntarily provided medical information.

• Digital Data: registration details, platform usage, technical logs.

4. Purposes of Processing

• Providing personalized coaching and wellness services;

• Delivering preventive and longevity recommendations;

• For transfers to/from the UK:

• Based on the EU adequacy decision (valid until review by 27 December 2025);

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC/IDTA) as fallback if adequacy changes.

9. Data Subject Rights

You may:

• Access, correct, or update your data;

• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”);

• Restrict processing;

• Request data portability;

• Withdraw consent at any time.

Requests are answered within 30 days.

10. Breaches and Incidents

• Supervisory authority notified within 72 hours (Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection);

• Affected individuals notified if rights are at risk;

• Technical and organizational measures applied to mitigate impact.
