🧭 From Varna to Visionary — My Journey

Born and raised in Varna, Bulgaria, I graduated from the National Sports Academy with a deep passion for health, performance, and movement. Over the years, I expanded my practice across disciplines — from sports medicine and neuroscience to mindfulness, biohacking, and corporate leadership.

My path took me across continents — living and working between Europe and the USA — and working with athletes, founders, air traffic controllers, executives, and everyday heroes seeking long, strong, and meaningful lives.
