This notice applies to DoychZone.com, enquiries made to DoychZone, and personal data processed by Perfomize Ltd. when preparing or delivering DoychZone Corporate Programs and SenseMost™ advisory services. A project, assessment or program involving additional or sensitive information may include a more specific privacy notice or consent form. That specific notice supplements this one.

Data we process
Only what the interaction requires.
Website and security data
This is a static website. We do not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on DoychZone.com. Our hosting and network providers may process limited technical data—such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested URL, referrer and security logs—to deliver the site, maintain reliability and prevent abuse.
Enquiries and business relationships
If you contact us, schedule a conversation or work with us, we may process your name, contact details, organisation, professional role, correspondence, scheduling information, project requirements, proposals, contracts, invoices and service records.
Program and special-category data
Some DoychZone services may involve wellbeing, health, laboratory, biometric or genetic information. We do not ask you to send such data through the public website or ordinary email. When such processing is necessary, we explain the specific purpose, data, recipients, retention and safeguards before collection and rely on an applicable Article 9 GDPR condition—normally explicit consent—together with an Article 6 legal basis. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Please do not send medical records, genetic reports or other sensitive information until we have agreed a secure method and provided the relevant service-specific information.
Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Typical legal basis |
| Delivering, securing and troubleshooting the website | Legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service |
| Responding to an enquiry or preparing a proposal | Steps requested before a contract and/or legitimate interests in business communication |
| Delivering contracted services | Performance of a contract |
| Accounting, tax, compliance and legal claims | Legal obligation and/or legitimate interests |
| Optional updates or marketing | Consent where required; you may opt out at any time |
| Health or genetic data used in a specific service | A separate Article 9 GDPR condition, normally explicit consent, plus an Article 6 basis |
Sources and recipients
We normally receive personal data directly from you, your organisation or a person authorised to introduce or represent you. Where necessary, data may be shared with carefully selected hosting, IT, email, calendar, payment, laboratory or professional-service providers; project partners authorised for the engagement; and public authorities where the law requires it. Providers acting for us are limited by contract, confidentiality and data-protection duties.
International transfers
Some providers or project partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, we use an appropriate mechanism such as an adequacy decision—including the renewed EU adequacy decision for the United Kingdom where relevant—or approved Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only while they remain useful for the conversation, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, invoice and compliance records are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian and applicable EU law. Project and program data is retained according to the contract, the specific service notice and the sensitivity of the data, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Security logs are generally kept for a shorter operational period unless an incident requires longer preservation.
Automated decisions and children
We do not use data collected through this website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The website and our organisational services are not directed to children.
Your rights
You remain in control.
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Send a request to office@doychzone.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to any lawful extension.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria. See the CPDP website for current contact and complaint procedures.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we review safeguards according to the nature and risk of the processing.
Third-party services and links
The website links to external services, including scheduling tools and other sites in the Making Sense ecosystem. Those services operate under their own privacy notices and terms. Following a link does not transfer information to us beyond the ordinary technical request unless you choose to contact or engage with us.
Terms of Use
Using DoychZone.com.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Information, not medical advice
The website provides general information about organisational wellbeing, human performance, prevention, hospitality and longevity advisory services. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency guidance and does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Services and engagements
Descriptions on the website are invitations to discuss potential work, not binding offers or guarantees. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, data processing and cancellation terms are agreed separately in a proposal or contract. Booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, visual design, graphics, program materials and brand identifiers are owned by or licensed to Perfomize Ltd. You may view and share links to the site for lawful personal or business reference. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, misrepresent its content or use it unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
Third-party links
External links are provided for context or convenience. Perfomize Ltd. does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices or separate terms.
Accuracy, availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but information may change and interruptions may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfomize Ltd. excludes warranties not expressly agreed in writing and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and applicable European Union law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes are submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts.
Changes
We may update this page when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively.
